This document sets out the full terms and conditions governing your use of the pak357 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus eligibility, gameplay rules, and responsible gaming obligations. Please read this agreement carefully before using pak357 services.

2.3 One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one registered account on pak357. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pak357 reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to that individual and forfeit any associated balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals.
2.4 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. You are obliged to update your account details promptly if any information changes. pak357 is not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC): pak357 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including suspension of withdrawal rights.

3.4 pak357 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account where unusual login patterns, suspicious transactions, or potential security breaches are identified — pending verification with the account holder.
4.1 Accepted Methods: pak357 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. pak357 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds by payment method at any time, with notice provided on the deposits page within the player account.
4.3 Own Funds Only: All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. You must not deposit funds on behalf of another person, and you must not use funds derived from unlawful activity to deposit into pak357.
4.4 Deposit Limits: pak357 provides optional deposit limit tools as part of its responsible gaming commitment. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps within their account settings. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
4.5 Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited in real time under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect in your account balance. pak357 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount from a pak357 account is PKR 500.
5.2 Verification Requirement: All players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. pak357 will not release funds to an unverified account. Delays in KYC completion are the responsibility of the account holder.
5.3 Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. In cases where the original payment method cannot be used, pak357 may request alternative verification.
5.4 Processing Time: pak357 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any compliance holds. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within one hour of processing approval.
5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Real-money funds deposited by the player may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to any active bonus restrictions outlined in the applicable bonus terms.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by pak357 are governed by these Terms and by any specific terms attached to the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence with respect to that offer only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses issued by pak357 carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse: pak357 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension:
6.4 Bonus Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not met within the stated time limit will be automatically removed from the account without compensation.
6.5 pak357 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to the terms under which they were issued.
7.1 Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes on pak357 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. pak357 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available from the respective game providers.
7.2 Sportsbook Bets: All sports bets placed on pak357, including cricket, PSL, and other markets, are subject to the pak357 sportsbook rules and the specific settlement rules applicable to each market. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable market rules.
7.3 Bet Acceptance: pak357 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where there is a suspicion of match-fixing, error in odds publication, or where bet limits have been reached. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance.
7.4 Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or platform error during gameplay, pak357 will attempt to settle the affected round or bet in accordance with its fair play policy. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance.
7.5 Incorrect Odds or Payouts: In cases where a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds or a payout is made at an obviously incorrect amount due to a system error, pak357 reserves the right to void the bet or correct the payout. Players who knowingly exploit system errors will be subject to account suspension.

10.1 By pak357: pak357 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, fraud, AML concerns, or other prohibited conduct.
10.2 By the Player: You may close your pak357 account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
10.3 Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. pak357 may charge a monthly inactivity fee of PKR 200 to inactive accounts, deducted from the available balance. Where the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players will be notified before inactivity fees begin.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak357 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pak357 content without prior written authorisation.
12.1 pak357 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak357 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 pak357 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, even where pak357 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 pak357's maximum aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to pak357 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by pak357's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by pak357.
13.1 pak357 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with pak357, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 pak357 uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and to communicate with you regarding your account and promotional offers (where you have opted in to marketing communications).

14.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak357 is licensed to operate.
14.2 Any disputes not resolved through the informal dispute resolution process described in Section 15 may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body, as determined by pak357 in accordance with its licensing terms.
